Orzo Salad
Ingredients:
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Red Onions
Feta cheese
Chickpeas (tinned or boiled already to eat)
Kale
Radish
Pesto (homemade or store bought)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon
Salt
Black Pepper
Orzo
How to:
Chop all preferred portioned vegetables to your preference.
Cook orzo and leave to cool.
In a big bowl layer your salad by first the pesto paste, oil , lemon , salt , black pepper and then vegetables, orzo, chickpeas and feta.
Mix the bowl together and enjoy
