Orzo Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber

  • Tomatoes

  • Red Onions

  • Feta cheese

  • Chickpeas (tinned or boiled already to eat)

  • Kale

  • Radish

  • Pesto (homemade or store bought)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Orzo

How to:

  • Chop all preferred portioned  vegetables to your preference.

  • Cook orzo and leave to cool.

  • In a big bowl layer your salad by first the pesto paste, oil , lemon , salt , black pepper and then vegetables, orzo, chickpeas and feta.

  • Mix the bowl together and enjoy
